This building began life as a Georgia Power substation in the 1920s and has been a printing shop and auto shop. It was a real estate office until that company went out of business around 2004 and then was boarded up and unused for years. Stryant acquired the building in 2015 and made major interior, exterior, & systems improvements while keeping the historic materials and characteristics of the building intact. The building now houses 6 mostly minority and/or woman-owned, local small businesses; a gym, coffee shop, smoke shop, barber, & T-shirt shop.
